I work on my feet and buy good shoes but needed a good insole. I purchased with hopes it would help my foot pain. I love that you don't have to cut them they are sized to fit. I've been using them for about a week now and have noticed my pain has decreased. I usually have trouble with soles and arches and end up with bruised arches which hurt worse than my normal foot pain. These did not hurt my arches and offer support where I need it. Now I can work then come home and my feet are not killing me. I will purchase these again and again when needed. I do not weigh over 220 but really wanted a good insole with great support. Took a chance and really like them.

I usually hesitate to spend money on these because they come in boraod sizes to be trimmed down so one wrong snip with the scissors and they're practically useless... These fit my tennis shoes out of the box, I was so amazed I also tried them in my moto boots, perfect fit again. I wear 8.5, did not have to trim these to fit either shoe, planning to buy a set for all of my shoes. I've been wearing the tennis shoes all day and I did need to loosen the laces to accommodate the new height but the support is perfect. I'm so excited about these, the arch is just right, the padding is so comfortable, the heel is cupped so there's that extra stability. I even got them on sale.

These insoles are amazing. They have great bouncy support, they last for months, and they generally help with pain associated with being on your feet. I have bunions, and these helped to relieve the pain that I have by offering great support.HOWEVER, the price is a factor that cannot be ignored. Retailing these for almost $50 is absurd. That’s the price of a decent pair of supportive shoes, and these are only insoles. Watch out for any sales, do not pay full price. Sellers, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

These work extremely well. Two weeks ago I was having plantar fasciitis so badly I could not put weight on my foot and there was huge swelling in my heel. Extremely painful. Huge knots in the tendon around my arch. And in general horrible foot pain. Within 2 weeks of wearing these (in combination with a new pair of timberland pro boots), and the foot is 98% recovered. The heel cushion has formed to my heel to help my ankle stay upright and the padding is a huge pain relief. The arch support has eliminated all but one small know in the arch. And I'm not in any pain at all. For a little clarity, I'm 6' 3" tall and weigh around 245 lbs , and I'm on a warehouse floor 9-11 hours a day. These are by far the best insoles I've purchased and I'm going to just set it and subscribe and save because they're really just that good. One side note, if you have not worn a true arch support or plantar fasciitis insole before, they can be paints first as your feet adjust to being in a different position. Just hang with it, a good pair of insoles can help change your entire health and energy level.

So I bought this product couple days ago, The support is very firm but the material on the top which touches your feet is very comfortable. Overall very good product!For most of the cases, I wear size of “man US 10”. I bought this product of size “10 to 10 1/2”, but it can’t fit in most of my shoes even though I tried to take out the original insoles. So I bought another one of size “9 to 9 1/2” which turned out to be pretty good. It feels more supportive and can fit in most of my shoes without taking the original insoles out. As you can see in the picture, I put them into my very normal Adidas shoes without trim or bend anywhere.So my suggestion is that buy the size with 1/2 smaller than your normal shoes. If you have flat feet, your “true” foot size (after you rebuild your arch) should be a little bit smaller than your current condition.Im gonna wear these and try to walk at least 30min everyday and see what is the result!

I think I prefer these over the superfeet insoles, but they take up a lot of space in my shoes. I placed them in my Nike V2K sneakers and they made the shoes extra tight around my feet. When I took the insoles out of my shoes, it felt as if a lot of space was now present in the shoe. I like using them the best in my Nike Jordan retros which have zero support at all.

These were a life saver. I didn’t realize how much pain I was allowing myself to be in for so long. My wife got me these and I saw huge improvement in my ability to be on my feet for way longer than I have been able to in years. I’ve tried other inserts but these are hands down the best. Great quality, comfort, fit in all my different types of shoes. I can go grocery shopping, mow the lawn, and do chores all day without having to stop due to foot pain. And I don’t feel like I need to soak my feet in epsom salt or use icy hot every night.

I work at a hospital where I am always on my feet. These insoles have been very comfortable in my shoes. My feet haven’t gotten hot, the design fits my feet well, they slipped easily into my shoe with no trimming. I do find they have helped with my foot pain. Will be using these from now on. Highly recommend.
