The packing was good, and the battery was well-protected. However, after opening the box, we found some liquid on the battery, which might have been due to overfilling by the seller.Please note that this product is not delivered by Amazon. We faced quite a bit of difficulty with the delivery process.The battery itself is very good, and we have no complaints about it.I'm sharing pictures of what was included in the package. Looks great
I bought this because of "TATA" branding. I hope TATA will not disappoint me. The packaging was fantastic and appropriate. There was zero leakage. All the items were intact.Inside it there was the Battery, 2x screw set, 6x battery level indicator, and warranty registration card.For warranty just scan the QR code available on the card and fill it up accordingly. If you face and error, just cakk on the toll free number (also given on the card) and they will register it for you.I am not an battery expert, so on the basis of looks the battery looks great and also working great. It will take years to understand if the product is indeed good or not.About charging, it depends on the inverter that you are using, my Luminous Zelio+ V2 inverter charges it at 14.6~14.65 Volts and the float voltage is around 13.5 Volt.I got 150AH battery at around ₹ 9000, including 1250 card discount, and 3000 by selling the old battery.
