I’ve been having problems using the bathroom for the past two years on my own for the most part. I went a whole month without using the bathroom. It got so bad that I felt the sharpest pain in my lower left hip and in my intestines I couldn’t even stand up straight without it hurting. And id feel a bump in that area too. I was told to Try MiraLAX, but it didn’t work for me the first time I tried it. I got so desperate I had to drink a bottle of castor oil and it gave me the worst pain in my life But it did help me use the bathroom. I was told to take MiraLAX at least three days straight for it to work, so I tried it again and it worked without giving me any pain AT ALL! The first time i took it i only took it for 2 days which is why it didn’t work for me. Now I take it regularly like three to five times a week With my protein shake. It has no taste at all to it, even if you drink it with water.

I've been using this product for quite a while. It dissolves without changing the consistency or flavor with whatever I'm drinking, although I wouldn't recommend using it with alcoholic beverages. Miralax doesn't work instantly, so it's better to use it every day if necessary. It has a tendency to cause a little bloating, but not pain or cramping.

Better option than that 4 liter jug of yuck they prescribe for colonoscopies! Obviously follow the full directions from your doctor for using this method w the dulcolax, etc but man, SUCH a better way to GO (lol you see what I did there?).

My Doctor suggested this for me and it works without any uncomfortable side effects.
