Q: Is the waist elastic?

I bought the scoop-neck and V-neck. The scoop-neck is NOT elastic but the V-neck IS elastic waist and ran quite a bit larger than the scoop-neck.

Q: What are the measurements for xl?

they are incorrect. the length from the short to top is cut way too small. It does not fit a normal body

Q: I'm 5' 7" and about 180 lbs a bra size 36b should i go the large or extra large?

Go with the x-large for the simple issue of length. I returned mine because the romper part was more of a leotard. There was no fabric on these thighs, but I'm 5'10".

Q: Does this have pockets?

it does not have pockets and did not fit well however they would not let me return it. It is not made propertly, super small so the length between the short and the portion which fits over your shoulders is wrong. You can get it over your shoulders if they are at your breast.
