I need to cover 150 sq ft of counter tops. How many should I order?

depending on the thickness of the epoxy your looking for 3-6 gallons . I would order 2 quantity just to be safe. nothing like being short in the middle of a project, worst feeling for an contractor... let me tell you :(

What’s the sq. Ft. Coverage for a 3 gal. Kit ?

The paper that comes in the box states the first clear coat coverage is 200-300 sq ft. 2nd clear coat 133-200 sq ft and metallic coat 50 sq ft

Can this epoxy be reapplied after applying a first coat? After heavy traffic, I'm seeing some thin spots that could use a thicker coat.

If you clean it well, I'm sure the fresh coat of epoxy will fill in any scratches or scuffs.

Will this need a "topcoat" or clear gloss sealant after the flakes have been applied? if so, what kind?

If you want your floor to be shiny then you definitely need a good thick top coat, so it can withstand the day to day beating its going to take look at my video as you can see what it's going to look like with a top coat and without. Good luck and have fun!
