I started using my dell in June 2018. Since then I have had three techs from two companies come out and it still isn't fixed. I tried to contact dell and can not talk to a person. My only reply is they want my credit card info. I have already spent $350.00 of my money for nothing. I want a refund. Over three months is long enough. This is my third dell. They are not worth the trouble

Worth the Buy!
Was in search of a new desktop to replace my Samsung ATIV 9 notebook, couldn't be happier!Simple yet beautiful design, brilliant display and touch responsiveness!Runs extremely fast and smooth!My only issue is that when connecting ANY High performance Headphones or Earphones, I seem to pick up Static in the background, tried adjusting and troubleshooting the audio of the PC but nothing seems to shut out the interference.Other than that, this is a great All-In-One PC!

One of the better all in ones.
Over good computer, backlight bleed in the right lower part of the screen is 1 negative and lack of a dedicated video engine is another. It performs well though so unless you do adv CAD or Video gaming it's great.

Lasted a year before screen failed
I purchased this product in November of 2018, from a 3rd part seller: Prime-Computer (Record SN). The screen completely failed in November of 2019. I contacted the seller regarding warranty information and they NEVER responded. I searched for warranty information using the service tag # on DELL website and was shocked to learn that the warranty for the computer I purchased via Amazon in November of 2018, EXPIRED during May of 2019! Do not purchase from third party seller Prime-Computer (Record SN) or Amazon, I will in the future purchase computers direct from the manufacturer so I know I am going to receive a valid and proper warranty. I have serious doubts about the quality of the PC I purchased, and will be notifying DELL of same.

2nd Bad Computer Purchase from Amazon
I received this Dell Computer on 7-24-2019. On August 18, 2019 I started to receive a blue screen and with the message Critical Process Error. I tried to contact Amazon Customer Service but was not successful. On August 19th, I took to a local computer shop to have it fixed.The previous Computer that I had was an HP from Amazon that lasted approximately one year. At this point in time I will NEVER purchase another computer from Amazon.
