Not sure if they work?
I’ve had these sheets for a couple of months now. I don’t think they work? My sleep has not changed.

I have arthritis & feel these sheets have helped with my sleep. I would recommend them.

Doesn’t work
I received the sheet, washed it on delicate in cold water, tumble dried low, low heat. Put on my mattress, tested the outlet, plugged the sheet into the ground and the test light pen does not light up … I’ve touched the pen to every inch of the sheet and it does not light up so apparently this sheet doesn’t even ground

What a bunch of BS
We have used this ground sheet for approximately a month. I don't know what the hype is all about. This product failed miserably. It did not lower my aches and pains nor help with my sleep. We've been ripped off.

Grounding sheets
I love these sheets. They do make you feel better. I would recommend buying 2 so you can switch them out when washday comes around. Very comfortable soft to touch I bought sheets and pillow case.
