This UPS works well, and is a good upgrade to my previous UPS device (which strangely never started again after carefully I changed out the then-current battery for the brand-new replacement, no matter how closely I followed the manufacturer's advice). This CyberPower unit has a couple more power sockets then the deceased APC unit, and has a surge suppressor for Ethernet cable, which is more important to me than the 'phone wiring surge suppressor in the old unit. There's also a USB port (and included cable) that lets me connect the UPS to a USB connector on my main computer, and without installing any software a control panel lets me adjust the parameters for computer and/or display sleep under mains power vs. battery power.The front-panel screen is easy to use, although I haven't bothered to make changes to the more advanced features yet. Apparently I'm drawing so little power from it (although I have at least 18 devices powered by it) that the display shows a power draw of zero watts / zero load and a runtime on battery of 450 minutes. Clearly that can't be completely accurate, but it's good to know that I've got a reasonable uptime figure on the battery-backed outputs.I chose this model partly because the taller/slimmer form factor is a good fit for where I placed it (where its predecessor was), on the inner floor of a desk cabinet with floor-to-desk height. There's enough airflow (I added a fan long ago), even with the door to the cabinet mostly closed. I tend to leave the equipment it's connected to turned on, and most of it goes into low-power mode after a period of inactivity. Although the UPS's display is set to dim after a while, the UPS isn't really going into sleep mode, which I gather would starve some of my active gear of power and cause abrupt shut-downs for the computing devices, so I'm leaving it that way. I haven't needed to contact the company's tech support folks, and I hope I never need to.I hope that this unit lasts a good long while, and won't expire when the battery needs to be changed. I have an older/smaller CyberPower unit, for which the recent battery change went flawlessly. So far so good, and I hope it stays good.

Great. It is easy to install and open to use. The driver compatibility is good, as a Windows PC can immediately recognize such device and have Windows built-in driver ready. It is quite novel to me to see a battery icon on the task bar for a desktop PC rather than a laptop LOL.When wall power is normal, the device is completely quite. It is quite noisy and making a transformer like noise when unplug from wall. From my knowledge this is the nature of inverter circuit.

Works well to run my large screen tv, PC, Printer & stereo long enough to shut everything down properly when the power goes out. It's great for balancing the electricity that comes into the house in my rural area. I'm sure it has saved many of my electronic devices with all the spikes we get here. I love the big power button. I don't need to fight with it to turn it on and off. Very happy with it.

Been looking into a UPS for some time now since my surge protector has been showing signs of failure recently. Came fully charged & was pretty easy to setup even though it is a bit heavy. My PC has an 850 watt power supply & it seem to run on it just fine. Also tested it by turning off the outlet I have it plugged into to simulate a blackout & it worked. With my 40 inch TV & my PC & USB powered hub plugged in I get an average of 20-25 minutes while gaming to 50-64 minutes on standby. Price of this one is good & has lots of nice features. Also seem to be regulating voltage better than my surge protector did. I used to have to ocasionaly press my paper button on my PC more than once to turn it on but that problem went away. My only two complaints are it has a slight plastic chemical smell to it but this is only noticable if you get very close to it & the outlets are a bit too close together so even though it has 6 battery outlets I only can plug in 4 to 5 things into it.
