Horrible product - do not buy
Literally after one use the diffuser doesn’t close properly and it’s a waste of my money - I tried replacement option as well but it’s not working, clearly duping the customer. Photo attached as proof.

Brass is obviously good thing but to clean it is a hassel.

Skip it!!!
Firstly it is very difficult to add tea leaves in this and even more difficult is to clean it!!! Secondly it gets rust very quickly, not sure if its rust or the plating/ paint comes off but either way its waste of your money
