Great for hydration and sodium
I love these, they mix well and taste delicious. Super salty in the best way and provide great hydration. They dissolve much better than other brands I’ve tried. I look forward to trying other flavours.

Training Necessity!!
Really enjoying using these Puresport Electrolytes! They’re super handy and so easy to use – I’ve stashed a few sachets in my bag so I can just grab one for a bike ride, run, or gym session. The raspberry flavour’s got that nice fruity hit with a salty edge, and it mixes perfectly with water – I’ve found 800ml is the sweet spot. Since I started using them, I’ve noticed way better performance and zero cramps, even on brutal assault bike sessions. They’ve basically become a staple for me now, and I can see this being a regular monthly order. Can’t wait to work my way through all the flavours and see which one becomes my go-to!

Great for effective hydration
The watermelon flavour was refreshing and not overbearing. I also like the high sodium content vs other brands, which is particularly important in warm weather training

So much salt!
Way too salty, not for me

Salty but does the job
These are much saltier than other salts I've tried, HOWEVER, they seem to have better ingredients. When I drink them I still feel thirsty but I don't feel dehydrated. It's a weird feeling, but it works.

Very impressive product
I wasn’t expecting to notice such a big difference, but these electrolytes have been a huge addition to my training routine. I’ve been using them before workouts, long runs, and first thing on rest days and I feel way more energised and hydrated. There is a kick to the taste which reinforces the amount of high quality ingredients packed into the product. If you’re into training, recovery, or just want to stay on top of your hydration, I’d definitely recommend giving these a go.

The salts are in a solid clump and stuck to the paper, as I opened a second one I hoped it would have been better.
