Like that it's a great value and easy to use.

The filtering time is fast and the water tastes good.

I love my filter water pitcher but I was warned the filter is hard to install. I found it very easy and intuitive!

The instructions seem a little tedious but the water ends up tasting better than a standard Brita filter, at least imo. I know taste is subjective, but I noticed a difference with this filter. I’ll buy more in the future.

The price was cheaper than what I usually pay in my store and they work just as well.I will buy them again in the future.

These are generic versions of the Brita water filters. They are much cheaper, so it was worth a try. They are completely unusable. We followed the directions to rinse the filters first (just as the Brita filters require) and then inserted it into the Brita pitcher. The water filtered through EXTREMELY slowly, and after one pitcher, it would not allow any water to filter through at all. We tried a 2nd filter, in case it was just the one filter, but the same exact thing happened. Now with the package opened and 2 filters "used", we cannot return the product. Not always true, but in this case - yes, you get what you pay for. Back to Brita filters!** This is an update to my review - the company has reached out to offer a full refund - great to hear. Customer service is still alive and well - at least with this company!
