Excellent plyo box, it’s made of sturdy foam so it holds up well for box jumps even at the tallest height unlike some of the other boxes for sale at Amazon. The cover is tough and waterproof. It’s also removable for ease of cleaning.

Very useful for box jumps and step ups. Box becomes a little less sturdy when you use the taller heights, but it meets all of my needs.

Update: I had quality issues with this product that I suspect are not typical. See below for more information. I was contacted by the seller and they made good on the transaction, which makes all the difference. They were courteous and helpful and stood behind the product. This plyo box was attractive to me because the price seemed to make it a good value. But value is dependent upon both price and quality. This item really disappointed me because the foam inside varies drastically in density. Most of the sides are of consistent densify and firmness, but two of them, and especially one of the sides, has very soft spots that really affect the safety and usefulness of this plyo box. The soft spots are on one half of the side, so if it's sitting on that side it will collapse a bit in that direction and end up leaning to that side. This makes it unsafe when used as a plyo box to jump onto. I also use this as a weight bench of sorts, and I mostly use it on the highest side which means that the whole thing leans, or if I have the firmer side down, there are soft spots that my body will sink into while I'm doing my exercise or lifting weights. It would be fantastic if all of the sides were the same high density firmness. But that's not the case at all so it gets 1 star. The picture shows it collapsing a bit on one side with just some of my weight on it.

Sturdy (heavy to lift also if you are taking it up or down stairs) - have been using it for a year or so now - holds up perfectly!

it does the job but on a surface as rubber gym floor I feel the stability is not so great on the length of 24 '' for a average person probably 150lbs down is ok for more just be careful jumping or performance stability workout
