Very informative, my boys are competitive swimmers and to be honest they have been so interested in the graphics and all the explanation and details the book offers. Very nice book for athletes who want to integrate science/ logic to the sport they love.

On point and a great starting point to discover more about swimming
Love the graphics, easy and summarized explanations and even the exercises suggested… this is not intended to replace your coach (like apparently other readers expected pffff)… but it’s a great starting point to take your swimming and coaching to another level. Great stuff!!!
