Does this have resistance bands to do leg exercises?

I haven't tried any leg work with the bands. I don't know if that would work well- trying to fit feet into hand holds. Maybe with some experimentation, I can't tell you more than that.

Nice compact unit, easy to assemble

Super easy to put together, seems sturdy enough. I’m 5’3 and 117 pounds. This probably wouldn’t be suitable for a really big person, but if absolutely perfect for my home gym. For size reference I have included a picture of the bench with my 14# cat. Doesn’t take up a lot of space, and it’s easy to move around. This is going to elevate my workouts when I can’t get to the gym.
