Vgate official says it's the most Powerful from the series. Compared with the entry level one I have not managed to find more options when reading the ECU with this one. But, I did not investigate and try to figure it out. I'm lazy and if doesn't work out of the box I'm not interested anymore.

Bought to use with V-Tool and Car Scanner Pro, so far so good, works quickly and detected codes stored in the many modules of the vehicle. Have access to AutoCom and this tool offered similar level of Volvo fault codes detected, which is very good for an ELM 327 Device. Good value for money and updater software easy to use. Fault codes cleared easily and ideal for breakdown jobs as small, reliable and inexpensive, compared to having to carry a clunky laptop.

This vLinker was super handy as there was an Engine Management light on the dashboard on my Dad's car... so we figured what a great way to test it. As with most cars, when the lights appear on the dashboard, you can never tell what it really means (well maybe apart from the one where it says you have low air in a tyre)... and this handy device breaks it down for you. Installing the device and the app was really easy - and when we selected the vehicle make and model it told us exactly what the problem was - the DPF was giving us the code, and we needed to sort it out. It turned out to be an easy enough thing to sort out, but what this device did do was to save us the money of taking it to a garage who install the same kind of technology only to give the same reason... and then charge a fortune for the fix. My Dad's filter is now cleaned, the fault light has been reset, and the car is back to normal. I would recommend this litle device. It is simple to use and smart at what it does (well it was on this occasion). OK so you may still need to head over to the professionals to get it fixed, but at least you have an idea as to what it is that they'll need to fix for you.

Used it on my Dacia Duster Diesel 1.5 Automatic. Came across this tool thanks to Car Scanner app. With cheap ELM327 I couldn't reset my service interval, but this tool did the job and works with numerous OBD2 apps. Connection was stable, didn't had any issues using my android device. I have not tested this tool extensively as it probably offers a lot more than what I used it for given the price and that's it's the latest tool from VGate

Top uitlezer! Snel stabiel klein en upgradable. Alles kan nu uitgelezen worden zowel op obdlink, obdkey als elm. In combinatie met de laatste versie van AlfaOBD is ook de gele kabel niet meer nodig en wordt alles uitgelezen en evt aangepast.

Works perfectly well with AlfaOBD on Android and MultiScanECU on iPhone without the colored adapter cables. A Security Gateway Bypass is required on the AlfaRomeo Giulia Q4 2018. I was able to clear the service warning, perform oil changes and brake services as well as reading and clearing several error messages.
