7 rds, Reloadable Mags, Win Win
Took my first shots today. I honestly love this thing. The fact you get 7 shots with reloadable magazines (1 magazine provided, 2 co2) good for 14 shots each. Some people complain about the color or the size but these are pros in my opinion, if I'm using a NON lethal weapon to DEFEND myself, I don't want to look like a bad guy with a lethal weapon. The yellow let's others know you're not "armed" the size also lets the color more obvious. This helps law enforcement know you're not a threat it also allows better visibility for you if you need to find your launcher in a dark space. I like the picatinny rail option on the bottom for any other attachments you may want to add. I like the carry case with the lockable bag (has metal loop where you can lock the zipper, lock not included), the bag is heavy duty and has mole loops to hold co2 or extra ammo. I fired only 7 rounds and man this thing packs a punch, I would not want to get hit by this thing. My first shot I wanted to test "no recoil" so I relaxed my wrist and.. nope, there's recoil. Ever so slightly, it was also a lot louder than I had anticipated. No leakage and the puncture holes were clear. I like the safety option on the back of the launcher it's very easy to use.

Good to have around
My husband bought this for me and I like it but wish it wasn't so big. Nice to have around the house but I'll look for a smaller one to be able to carry in my purse

Remarkable Acurracy and Force, a Formidable Defense
I have owned this launcher over a year. It still launches balls with the same accuracy as it did a year ago. It is a legitimate, formidable, less-than-lethal self-defense tool. I actually trust it for the stated purpose. I have shot both the powder filled test rounds as well as nylon balls through it. The powder filled rounds explode on contact and disperse a 2-3 foot cloud of powder, so any chest shot should very quickly affect the eyes and lungs. The nylon balls hit will incredible impact punching clean through 3 layers of cardboard shipping boxes. The launcher is a bit large, but exactly as advertised. I like the bright yellow color, used to signal law enforcement that it is a less-than-lethal product. That feature alone may provide as much safety as the projectiles it launches. As should be expected, the more rounds shot through the same cartridge, the less powerful the impact. The first clip (7 shots) hit with stunning force. The second clip (shots 8-14) are still accurate and completely acceptable if you are just firing the powder projectiles; plenty of force to make them explode. I keep my clips loaded with two pepper balls followed by alternating pepper balls and nylon balls, confident that will repel most non-lethal threats.

Do not waste your money ๐ค
When product delivered I read all the instructions and watched video on google on how to load. Loaded practice projectiles as instructed, loaded the c02 cartridge as instructed. When I placed the magazine in as instructed it blew out fell on the floor and the practice projectiles rolled across the floor. So I tried a different way, I loaded the practice projectiles, put a new c02 cartridge in but didn't Break the seal. I then loaded the magazine again. While magazine was locked I then broke the seal on the c02 cartridge, Thinking if I carried it this way, in an emergency I would have a fresh cartridge. The magazine then blew out on the floor again. ( Yes I made sure the magazine was locked in the proper position. ) The only way I could get this to work properly was to insert the magazine, hold the bottom tightly and then hit the bottom of the magazine so it would lock into place again. It would then shoot about 3 times before the c02 ran out. I am thinking, this is great, if I have an emergency and I activate the c02 cartridge I will be looking all over my floor board for the magazine and the Tear gas pellets and hope I don't accidentally step on one while I am getting punched in the face. I am an avid pellet gun shooter, luckily I have a case of c02 cartridges, I went through 4 cartridges just to shoot 3 practice rounds. Oh well looks like I wasted a lot of money, don't waste yours.

I'm impressed.
This has more hitting power than my Umarex T4E pump shotgun. and rivals the Byrne LE. its a little less powerful than my Salt S2 but shoots much straighter than my S2. It is pop can accurate at 25 feet and has some of the best fiber sights I've seen in a while and a smooth trigger pull. For what it cost, I can put one in each car next to the fire extinguisher

Clever and reliable mechanical design but shoots 6 inches above POA at 10 yds, too big to carry
I serve as volunteer head of security at my synagogue and purchased this to see if it could be a viable non-lethal alternative to my firearm. I employ licensed armed guards outside the facility but am responsible for security inside. After purchasing the Sabre I compared it to other launchers on Amazon and, although far to big to carry conveniently, its detachable magazine and CO2 arrangement make it among the easiest to use of the bunch. The after-market holster from Sabre is completely useless for OWB but can serve for IWB if your pants and belt can be expanded sufficiently The Sabre's tendency is to shoot 6 in. above POA at 10 yds, even with optimum sight adjustment, which rules out its use for defense. I returned my launcher to Sabre to see if they could address the problem. They were very responsive but returned it unchanged saying that it functions as intended. Notably, NONE of the other launcher manufacturers is reported to provide any service at all, so Sabre is to be highly commended on this matter. As for the concept of using any launcher in conjunction with my security role, there are several YouTube videos wherein people shoot each other with solid projectiles to test their stopping power. These clearly show that, despite the intense pain, they will not likely stop or quickly disable a violent or deranged adversary. The OC pepper balls, on the other hand, whatever their stopping capacity may be, cannot be used indoors without having to vacate the hall or sanctuary for one or more hours after their use. The best recourse to terminate a violent attack without resorting to a firearm appears to be a streamed type pepper spray. These aerosol enough to quickly affect the target but are less likely to blow back on the user than the old cloud-type devices. And they are unlikely to disperse throughout an entire hall or sanctuary. Check out the model often recommended by law enforcement: "POM MK3 Pepper Spray, Belt Clip Model, Maximum Police Strength OC with UV Marking Dye, Powerful Accurate Stream, 1.8 fl oz" on Amazon.
