Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid Aquaguard Enrich select designo!
⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the worst customer experiences I have had. I purchased an Aquaguard water purifier from Amazon, but the installation has still not been completed despite waiting for almost a week. I received an installation request confirmation, but nobody has bothered to visit and install the product. It is absolutely unacceptable to sell a product and then fail to provide the basic installation service required to use it. Customers pay for the product expecting professional service, not endless waiting and frustration. This experience has completely ruined my confidence in Aquaguard. What is the point of buying a water purifier if the company cannot even arrange installation on time? Extremely poor service, zero accountability, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend Aquaguard to anyone based on this experience. Think twice before purchasing if you expect timely installation/service and proper customer support.
