WAMPAT 70" Modern Fluted Floating TV Stand, Black

I just finish installing it. It took me 1 day. Kind of easy for someone with previous experience, but for the "first timers" the instructions are not clear and could be improved. I did not follow the mounting instruction's order as I found easy to set the cabinet in the wall before and only later installing the front doors. (much easier without no questions). Looking at the reviews, I notice that people were complaining about the mounting holes not mach the studs within the wall, so I decided to 1st install a stud 2x1 in the drywall to match the internal studs. By doing that I was now able to center the cabinet and use the exiting mounting holes to be set against the bricks. Hopping the feedback helps. One last comments about the quality of the cabined: I found nice and matching the description. Wife love it! (see attached photos)

Would recommend!it fits perfect on my wall in my living room.my husband put it together he said it was alittle difficult to build.there was a bunch of little pieces.he also said its easier when you have two people building it.it has four compartments that open down.its a perfect floating tv stand.the wall that this floating tv stand is on is about 112in wide.

I love this floating shelf. It’s exactly what I needed and it’s very sturdy. The size and weight are exact. I’m 65 and I assembled it by myself. I found the installation manual was very easy to understand. Took me about 2 hours because I like to take my time. The holes did not align to the studs but no biggie. I used some Toggler Heavy Duty toggle bolts and this thing don’t move. The price was not bad either.

This will NOT fit studs 24 inches apart and honestly not even lined up for 16 inch studs. Let’s do some math…. With it being 70 inches, divide 70 by 24 and you get 2.91 therefore you will only catch 2 studs for the whole shelf. Also, the holes are not even drilled for studs 16 inches apart as the holes should be 16 inches apart. If you look at my video with the tape measure you can see the holes are not spaced 16 inches apart. What I did was first find the center of my wall. Then marked each stud with painters tape. I then measured the pieces numbered 10 from the center out to see where my stud would land on those boards. I measured my studs out on pieces numbers 10 and marked with a small piece of green tape. I drilled new holes that would match my studs. With the other 2 holes that don’t line up with studs, I used a heavy duty drywall anchors. Attached video will explain my process better. I tried to upload a few videos showing the whole process but only 1 was allowed. Once I figured out the holes, I then used boxes to raise the shelf to where I wanted it. I am normally doing projects by myself so I try to get creative in putting things together efficiently. Once the cabinet was on the wall, I then put the doors on which fit great! The cabinet hardware was easy to install and adjust to get the doors to sit perfectly. It’s a beautiful cabinet but if you are an amateur DIY’er, pick something else or hire a handy man.

Very nice, but confusing.. if you don’t have a handyman it’s very complicated. My dad can do just about everything under the sun and he did this just fine but he stated if you are new to putting things together you’ll have a hard time.

Very difficult to put together. Already separating.

I recently installed this wall-mounted TV shelf and am overall very happy with it. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and it took about an hour to assemble. The shelf looks sharp making my living room feel more organized and modern. My only wish is that there was a hole in the back for cords to pass through the drywall and up to the TV, giving it a cleaner, cordless look. However, I managed to work around this by using the hole in the bottom of the unit for the cords. Despite that minor issue, I'm really enjoying the shelf and the look it adds to the space!

Poor joke alignment. Extremely hard to assemble horrible instructions wish I had never bought it.

This product is VERY difficult to mount. It MUST be on the studs as there is no way to install anchors or hardware otherwise. Having said that, the way in which this product is assembled and hung is REDICULOUS. Oh, and might I mention, I'm returning it and because it's was not considered damaged, I have to pay to ship it back and it's HEAVY. Very disappointing 😞

Building this shelf makes me want to kill myself. None of the holes line up. Don't f***ing bother with this product 😂

The wrong pieces were shipped. Then one kind of bolts/screws were different sizes. This is the most difficult piece of furniture I have ever had to assemble.
