Customer service bad product not up to par
Was a gift to a 13 year old. During 3rd time out drone lost contact with base station controllers battery life was ok. Contacted seller and received email saying they were busy and would get back to me. Made second attempt with same response. Close to 3 weeks still no response. Customer service is terrible. Since I’m within the 1 month period tha Amazon allows for returns will be retuning through Amazon for a refund. I encourage whoever is planning to buy this product, not to do it.

Nice introductory drone
the Sky Viper drone is a good introductory drone. the unit is small and very lightweight. learning to operate the drone is a little tricky, but likely just takes time. the colors are really nice. good product overall.

A Ferrari with no steering wheel
Very fast. Totally unpredictable and uncontrollable. This thing is like a Ferrari with no steering wheel. Ended up at the top of a tree within the first 15 minutes of playing. So much for that.

Super good an fast love it
Man is it a fast little flyer you gotta try it if your new to drone flying keep it at level 1 but 2 /3 super responsive. Crazy fast love it
