Proper Adobo would be 2/3 cups vinegar (5 fluid oz.) to 1/2 cup (4 oz.) of THIS Soy. Any other brand of Soy, you should use 1/3 cup (about 2.6 oz) So with another brand of soy it would actually be 2:1, with this brand more like 1.5:1. In short, more on the vinegar.

How many mg of sodium in a T of soy sauce?

The label on my bottle is slightly different than the picture so I don't know if it's exactly the same as what you have, but it says 900 mg sodium per tablespoon.
