So, I've been told I snore - quite loudly. My snoring was constantly interrupting my partner's sleep. I have tried many stop snoring products, from pills and throat spray, devices that were supposed to pull my tongue forward from the back of my mouth, nose strips, nasal openers and other moldable mouth guards.I decided to give this product a try. I was a bit skeptical as nothing else had worked. To my SURPRISE this product REALLY works. The first time I used it my partner said she didn't hear any snoring and actually got a good night's rest.I DEFINATELY urge anyone with snoring problems to give this product a try!

Fits okay. The bottom moves during sleep. Prevents snoring which was the whole reason for the purchase.

The area that hold your teeth is not deep enough and does not keep your mouth closed. not a tight enough fit and no way to form the part behind the teeth to your shape for a better fit.

Let's be realistic. Yes the soft moldable part is held to the hard adjustable part with the equivalent of plastic rivets - it will come apart after a couple months of use. That wont matter if you clench or grind like me tho; I get 4-6 months out of them. I told my dentist I use these and asked about getting a professional custom mouth guard. She said it would last around a year and cost over $200. Instead I buy a bunch of these at once (diff sellers same product over the years) and accept they're disposable. My teeth, unfortunately, are not.

Using this to control my snoring and teeth clenching. Its a little bulky for my small mouth, but it really works great for the snoring! It has totally eliminated the snoring and I am getting a much deeper sleep. My teeth ache a little after a night's sleep, but it goes away within 30 min to an hour. It sometimes shifts a little during the night, but i think it is just to keep it aligned. I highly recommend!

It broke. Rubber part came off. Need a replacement please. Cut the bottom of tongue.

This is the most effective mouth guard i ever had. I grind my teeth every night and I’m always having troubles with my jaws which give me aches at the back of my head, jaws and gums. Now that i have this, I won’t be having bad days anymore. Thank you so much.

Was WAY too large for my mouth. Could not sleep and made my jaw hurt. Maybe they need to offer size ranges. The material was excellent. Just needed a crane to get it in my mouth.
