The supplement is designed to be taken at the beginning of a meal in order to improve digestion and reduce certain digestive side. I've taken the supplement for over two months now and while it has helped my digestion it has not completely eliminated side effects.

This product has changed. The first few bottles listed the potency of each enzyme, and the capsules were larger, the last bottle the capsules were smaller, and there was no individual listing of the potency of each enzyme. I know use twice as many capsules. This will be the last time I purchased this product.

This has given me back something close to normal function in the restroom. Forgive my lack of correct medical terminology, but, oozing tar is not normal. Well formed, and more firm is normal.
