Copper Fit X-Back Brace for Lower Back Pain, Lumbar Support, Herniated Disc, Sciatica, Arthritis – Adjustable, Breathable Design - for Men and Women (Large/XLarge)

Must have for anyone with back issues. I've been using this brace for 2 years at the gym lifting weights and the difference from not using a belt is night and day. I would constantly tweak the herniated disk in my back until I started using this brace. I've had no issues since I started wearing this brace every workout. I bought a second one when the velcro on my old brace wore out (about 150 uses). The velcro on the new brace I received is much sturdier and I think will last longer.

This is just as described. I find it to be very supportive but not that constrictive. It breaths well and I don't find it to be sweaty when worn during activity as much as I've experienced with similar braces. The material is flexible. I find it easy to wear daily. I'm unsure if it's a result of the copper but I do feel better after wearing it. I feel like it provides the support I need

I bought this because of the copper fix-back brace, which has turned out to be my saving grace. I had fallen & hurt my lower back, & I was afraid to sit up on my own, because while I was healing, it would hurt anytime I tried. So when I got this & tried it, it didn't hurt when I sat because the brace kept my back from slumping over. I wore this for months & now when I sit it has me so trained that I can only sit upright now, I am way more aware of not slumping over. Needless to say, this product is amazing, & I still use it when I sit even though I'm way better than when I first got hurt. The make of it with two sets of velcro holds up very well, where some braces have only one that wears off over time, the second set of velcro on the outside is adjustable for my comfort.

I consider Copper Fit products to be excellent products made with quality materials. This brace is no exception. It is well made and provides excellent support. However, I suffer from sciatica and epicenter of my pain is very low on my back and to my left side, This brace tends to ride up more around the waist and does not provide support where I need it. Also, it has a copper plate that fits in a pocket over the small of the back. This makes the brace uncomfortable while sitting down as it digs into the back. This plate is removable. I plan to order another brace that is designed to provide support lower on the back and around the hip. I will keep this brace for possible future need.

EXCELLENT BACK BRACE. I had back lower surgery 3 months ago. Had spine fusion. This brace works great for support and pain relief.

I really can not describe how great this item is... I am 38 years old 5'11 270 pounds, I have a herniated disk and my 5th lumbar is off. I could barley sleep after Cleaning my mother's 1 bed apt, and I could rest and sit as long as I needed.. I have now gotten a job as a mechanic AND ALL day I'm changing tires,oils changes etc.. With this back brace on, I have 0 percent the pain I did just cleaning my mother's apt. With way more physical work involved 100times more. Now occasionally I get the siatic nerve pain in the right or left buttocks. But it doesn't last very long. I can not believe, how this works. It's literally like I have a repaired back during the time I wear this. Mind you I have a big belly as well, and the 'XL' size fits perfect in case some one with my height and or similar weight is wondering how this will work or sizing. The 2xl was to big, I had to sent it back, but I had both sizes to try on. And the XL is perfect for my height and weight. Best back brace I've ever tried on. O ya I've been working 10 hour days 2 days straight since this post. 0 back pain!

I have a mixture of compressed and bulging discs from L1- S1 and a hemangioma on L2, and I spent an entire day barely able to stand upright and walk. I purchased this brace, looking for instant relief after another flare-up of lower back pain from daily living. I ordered this brace on day 2 of the episode and received it on day 3. I had been using my tens unit, doing what stretches I could handle, walking around the house, and resting to work through the issues as normal. By the time I received the brace, I was still very tender, tight, and sore. I immediately put it to use. It wasn't a miracle, but it did provide much-needed relief! I felt relief instantly in the upper glutes and was able to stand without feeling unstable. I've been wearing it for 3 days, on and off throughout the day, and I'm pleased enough with it to have purchased a second one to make sure I have one with me at all times. I'm 5ft 8in tall and weigh 149 lbs, and I purchased the SM/MD This fits well and adjusts comfortably. I have been wearing this while walking around, sitting, reclining, and standing. The lumbar plate is solid and sturdy, so make sure it is centered on your spine before the final adjustment. Do not fudge your size! Purchase too small, and this may not be comfortable; purchase too big, and you won't get the support you need.

This back brace is built very well. Good quality I believe. Very adjustable. Easy to put on. I do wish the first of the 2 "belts" would not slide apart one out from under the other. The 2 "tension" adjuster straps pull tight and make the back brace very effective and feel good to my back. I have always thought the copper infused fiber was a gimmick and still do so it was not a reason for me to buy this brace. But it looked like a well built brace and I am happy with my purchase.
