The kit comes with everything advertised. I am very pleased with the results. I received my kit today and fully repaired my PS5 controller, which had terrible stick drift. It was my first time properly repairing a device by de-soldering components from a circuit board and re-soldering them on. To be fair, I did go to school for Engineering so soldering may not be for everybody. I even saw in the comments that someone left a one star review because they were guilty of buying this product without realizing they needed to solder. If you read this, why would you leave a one star review that’s on you lol. The reason I’m giving this product five stars is because of the completeness of the kit and the fact that the device worked as promised my PS five controller works just like new. I don’t mind having to solder. It’s not the person who sells the product who created the product that decided it needed to be soldered, but Sony themselves who built their controller that way. Let that be a lesson for anybody who feels cheated when buying this and not realizing you need to solder. There’s literally a video in the posting too. That shows that you’ll need to solder, but the guy claims there wasn’t nothing in the description lol I’m all about leaving good honest reviews guys. I like this product and if you need to replace your joystick by this one.

Do not buy if you do not have experience soldering. And I don't mean coldly sticking two wires together, I mean surface mount experience. While these are thru-hole, you need to properly desolder the bad pots and install the new ones without overheating the PCB and creating cold solder joints....which can be a balancing act even for experienced electronics techs. No more stick drift!

Kit was quite good (except the tweezers, which could be better), and I enjoy a nice evening with the nephews fixing their controllers.

Difficult to put on

Good thing this exists. These gamepads break way too easily. This kit is easy to use, and fixes a design flaw. Fits perfectly and the instructions were easy to follow. Once in place these seem to last longer than the original equipment.

Unless you have a soldering iron and know what you're doing, don't attempt. I broke a $75 controller because they don't explain anything is the description. I bought them thinking it would be a plug and play. You have to heat up 6+ wires off the micro board, then take the plugs off of the board, disconnect all the trigger wires, install the new ones, and then resolder everything back to the board and TRY to plug the wires back in. Not easy at all. I highly recommend doing your research because this company unfortunately doesn't give you any of this info and I ruined a very expensive controller because of it. Very very disappointed. Please change description and let people know what this replacement entails. Thanks! Waste of a lot of money. $75 for controller, $15 for joysticks.. ouch. 😢

Works well

Easy installation with the right Youtube-Video. It comes with all the tools you need for the installation. You cant really feel a big difference compared to the original joystick from the PS5. Feels great, good grip and nice quality! I can definitely recommend!
