EliteFTS still has the highest grade bands in the industry. I have many brands including Rogue and EliteFTS is by far the best. Strength, durability, stretch, and resistance to dry rot. Pay a little more and it will cost you less in the long run

Very stretchy
These are STRETCHY. Bundle them together for a serious workout, or use one at a time for toning you rotator cuffs and other small muscles. Also good just for stretching.

Expensive piece of crap honestly
Overtime with heavy use for my usual shoulder mobility routines, it started flaying from the sides until it couldn't handle the pressure anymore and finally snapped. For the price they are asking for, you can much better return on investment with even more of these bands (varying levels of resistance) looking at other companies. Avoid EliteFTS at all costs. Literally. It's overpriced garbage.
