Black with Rose Gold
Very nice pen. Included a converter, black cartridge, blue cartridge and 30ml bottle of black ink. Pen was in a fake leather vey posh box. I would have missed the cartridges as they were hidden under the top panel. I started with the black cartridge and it started to write with just a little squeeze. Mine is the Black with Rose Gold. Amazing pen for the price. I did not see any mention of a ball point pen.

Does NOT include a ballpoint pen as advertised
The fountain pen is nice. It comes with an ink bottle. Have ordered this fountain pen twice now, and they do NOT come with the ballpoint pen as advertised.

The listing says it will come with a ballpoint pen. My first and replacement shippments did not come with the ballpoint pen.
