It's a scam.. I will never buy HP products online
Worst decision to buy this.. Kept hanging.. I think it's a scam.. Never expected this much worst quality product from HP... Hanging up even in normal browsing..Very frustrating..

Good product but without preloaded Softwares
Everything good except no MS office . Ideally online desktops/laptops must contain preloaded MS office (for lifetime)

Worst product. Waste of money
Useless. No return. No replacement. Got into a trap. Hangs a lot. Dint install anything. Just using browser, not working properly. I wasted 34k. Worst product.
