This necessary trace mineral is good for your immune system and muscle health. You should check into where your state, like Ohio, has low selenium in the soil. This supplement would be very helpful.

Good for those on a Gluten Free, Dr. Stephen Gundry/Adkins type diet.
This product didn't use yeast to be manufactured. It therefore meets the standards of the dietary needs of many individuals, I believe. I am not licensed in any way, just my personal research, which may be flawed, therefore consult your own medical professional for appropriate advice. I do think it would be better tolerated by those on Adkins and/ or a Dr. Stephen Gundry type diet - possibly Celiac disease as well. See your medical professional first, though.
