Good soundbar but lacked necessary HDMI cable
The LG US40T Bluetooth Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer is an excellent soundbar for the price. It delivers very solid performance, and it is a major upgrade from the integrated speakers of the TV. The subwoofer offers great depth to the sound, and the profiles offer significant adjustments to the sound delivery depending on the use case. Something to be mindful about, the soundbar comes with no HDMI or optical cable (which is in the product description), but it is explicitly prompting you to set it up with an HDMI cable in the instructions, and purchase one if necessary. Furthermore, the subwoofer offers limited range of just 1m from the soundbar, hence the 4 stars.

Nice bit of kit easy to use and a great sound. Good value for money

Works well enought but very poor instructions
After I got the unit conneted and working with my LG TV it works fine and is very satisfactory. HOWEVER, the instructions were almost useless and did not explain how to get it to connect to the TV. It is a non-trivial task and even though I am quite technical it took me a long time to figure it out. In fact the instructions were the worst I have ever seen for a main line brand product. 6 pages telling me not to eat it or flush it down the lavatory follwed by 1 very incomplete page showing some aspects of how to use it. It comes with a remote but this was not even mentioned, let alone described.

Highly Recommend
I got this on offer. I had been looking for one of these for a while as my TV is LG. It’s sleek, not too bulky and the subwoofer is fantastic. Easy to set up and pair things to. Also it has to be done via Bluetooth with the Tv unless you want to faff around with cables etc to hook it up to the tv that way, as just a HDMI won’t work.
