Good quality teapots, they are very shiny so you have to clean them well after use, washing them and drying them with a towel so they don’t get water stains. And magically they make better tea, I didn’t think they make the difference from a conventional teapot and magically they did. So I recommend them. Functional, well made, and fair capacity for it’s size, makes a lot of tea.

I was very worried to receive this after reading review. Shipping + glass is a considerable risk. I decided to chance it. I'm glad I did. I chose to have it sent in the Amazon box and not just the manufacturer box. Amazon box was stuffed with paper and plastic fillers surrounding the Karaca box. The Karaca box when opening is styrofoam and it was snug in. No cracks, chips, or breaks from transit. We washed, and made tea right away. Very beautiful and happy with the purchase.

Absolutely love it. Have no issues and I purchased it a year ago. I love it! Mine has some brown spots but that’s my fault cause I left it on the stove top and water boiled out. It’s durable, does get hot, but that’s only if the heat flames go beyond the handle. Otherwise it’s really good. Easy to use, and the glass is nice and thick. Overall, I love!

I recently purchased the Karaca Flat Borosilicate Glass Teapot from Amazon. While it appeared well-made and aesthetically pleasing, I was disappointed by its performance. After washing and beginning to use it, I heard a sound approximately 15 minutes later and discovered a significant crack in the teapot. This was unexpected, especially since the product description emphasized its durability and ability to withstand high temperatures. Unfortunately, it did not endure even 15 minutes with hot water. I am disappointed with this purchase and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

It is a good quality product however the handle gets hot easily because it is a metal and not covered with plastic or so.

The teapot is attractive and is functional. We got the metal version, not the glass one. It makes nice tea that tastes like what we had when visiting Turkey. We brought back tea from Istanbul and it is quite authentic. The metal is not thick - it is on the thinner side, but it still looks nice and works. The handles have not gotten hot in our experience. The teapot body itself does get hot just like any other pot with hot water on a stove would. We do use another strainer to pour the tea through since the tea we use is rather fine and some of it gets through the strainer built into the body of the pot where the spout is attached. It has not rusted or stained yet. We are happy with our purchase.

So cute and amazing materials. There is no problem about holding pieces. (I didnt understand why people gave bad reviews) Thank you Karaca!
