Oi Dinosaurs! (Oi Frog and Friends)

These books are hilarious, my nephews love the whole series.

Loved by the children in my school lunchtime group.

My granddaughter is into the "Oi" series of books so this was gratefully received by her.

Another great book for Oi fans. It’s different from the earlier books and suited to slightly older children (or dinosaur fans!). The rhymes aren’t as catchy for younger children but the dinosaur rhymes are clever. Our 6-year old enjoyed it more than the 4-year old.

Great series of books a laugh for the kids and for us

We've been waiting for this one to come out, but compared to the previous Oi! books this is completely underwhelming. It's overcomplicated, the rhymes don't make sense half of the time ("lollipopses"? Really?) and overall it's a slog to get through. Amazingly, our toddler still loves it so now I have to read it five times a day...

Love this book series

If your kids already like the Oi Frog! style books, this one has the same chaotic humour and rhyming that makes them fun to read out loud. The dinosaur theme was an instant win in our house, and my child kept laughing at the ridiculous seating combinations and the increasingly silly jokes. The illustrations are full of energy and little funny expressions, which helped keep younger kids engaged even during repeat reads. It’s definitely one of those books that leans into being noisy and playful rather than calm and gentle, but that’s kind of what makes it entertaining. A really fun picture book for dinosaur-loving kids.
