These are a little thicker than others but they last longer. They keep my hands from swelling at night. If you want to wear them during the day they are very comfortable.

I ordered Small, which fits perfectly. It does help the pain at first, but then you have to somehow pad the base of the thumb where it meets your hand. That's because all of the seams apparently meet at that one spot. The thickened seam where they all meet is painful. I have been wearing this for 3 hours, and had to pad the seam 2 hours ago.Other than that, the glove has helped the pain, and the compression is the right amount.

Keeps my fingers warm and more limber

I was a little bit skeptical when I picked this compression gloves. However, It really worked on my left hand and has eased my pain ( knuckle pain on the middle 3 fingers). I put it on during my 1 hour walking exercise and had seen an improvement. The only complaint I had on this compression glove was that when you removed the glove, it took a few minutes to straighten out the glove's fingers before you can wear it again.

I like these gloves. The fabric is very comfortable and the way they are made is high quality by HealthSmart International, in Waukegan, Ill. Made in the USA, which is important to me. The ones I got are a little snug, and perhaps I need a size larger, in order to make it easier to get them on. But once on, they feel great. So far, I have just put them on at night and in the morning my fingers feel pretty good after a night of the right compression upon them. I am going with a 5 stars on this item.
