Much needed and OEM cut key fits perfect.
Rubber face buttons worn out and tore so got this replacement. Easy to swap out the chip and battery. OEM cut key fits perfect in the allotted slot as long as you use both the new face and back pieces. I Tried to use the OEM GMC branded backing piece with the new face piece and while they fit together fairly well, the key wouldn’t quite fit right, once I put both new pieces together, OEM key fit perfect.

Works like the original!
Great replacement for original GMC key fob! Just swapped the internals of the original fob into this and it worked like a charm! I don’t care that the original says GMC and this one doesn’t but if you want the GMC back it may not go back together seamlessly.

Worked great! Our old key fob was down to the buttons, swapped the top of the fob for this one and now my keys look like new!

Great, but not exact fit to original base
Overall, I am pleased with this fob. It fits the battery, circuit board, and original key perfectly. The only reason I deducted one star is because I was hoping to just replace the top half of the case but keep the original bottom half with the Chevy logo. You can see from the picture that the tabs on the sides are not the same size, so the new top doesn't quite snap down onto the old bottom. I may try to file off the some of the longer tab on the original in order to make it fit, but for now all the internal components are securely seated in the new case and it looks great, besides the missing Chevy logo.
