A really comfortable chair that is easily adjusted and very well made. The instruction for assembly were clear and precise with the required screws in blister packs clearly marked. There was also an assembly tool included. The chair moves easily across laminate flooring. The lumbar support is excellent.

Seriously impressed with this chair. Big, heavy and solid. Very easy to put together. I love all of its adjustable features from the headrest, lumbar support, armrests, footstool and reclining feature. I'm very small and my desk is higher than average. I needed a chair with multiple functionality to suit my small frame and height of desk. I tend to sit crossed legged sometimes and this chair enables me to do that. I currently have a frozen shoulder, so the armrest support is perfect. When my shoulder gets achy from sitting upright, I can easily recline for a bit to take the tension off. A must buy if you're looking for an ergonomic chair that is comfortable, supportive and adjustable.

At this price point you can’t really complain ~ that said, be aware that the armrests are attached to the back rather than the seat, meaning they tip back as you recline which is not ideal and something I overlooked. If they modified this and had the arms attach to the seat in order to maintain their position when reclining, I could not fault this chair for the price. I will be keeping it regardless. The headrest and footrest win it for me!

I've been using this office chair for a week, and it's really met my expectations. The assembly was straightforward, taking only about 15 minutes. The chair feels solid and well-made. Super easy to assemble, only used for a short amount of time but is comfortable and provides plenty of support for me.

After a month of use its a pretty good chair. Back is supported well, and it wheels around easily. Lots of options to move handles etc. Issues have been that the head support keeps dropping easily, even though I have got the highest setting the back keeps reclining and the arm supports move too easily. if it wasnt for that, I wouldve given a higher rating.

Originally, they've sent us a chair that was used before, I raised this issue with them and they were super good at resolving the issue almost instantly. Since then we ordered 2 more chairs and they are very comfortable and definitely worth the price. I've had gaming chairs before but these are so much better! Would buy again!

Easy to assemble, appears to bust so far (a month) and been in use for 9 hours a day at least 3 days a week. Fairly comfortable, well made and simple to use. The only issue is that the instructions for use (levers etc) are not provided hard copy and I cannot appear to get a .pdf copy
