Review: Poor Product and Poor Service - I originally wrote a 5* review of this product but now have to re do the review in light of the poor long-term performance and supplier response to the issue I had. I feel very exasperated after my experience with these bulbs. They say the lifespan is 30,000+ hours (which is 3.4 years if you never switch them off). My particular usage was about 8-10 hours each day with 2 to 3 restarts, pretty average usage I’d say. They also say there is a 1 year warranty! I purchased a pack of 4 of these bulbs in June 2017. Over the Christmas period 3 of the 4 bulbs started to flicker and for this reason could no longer be used. Once the Christmas period was over I contacted the supplier and asked them what they could do to help. There then followed a series of emails (23 in total) in which they repeatedly (in poor English) said sorry for delays, “we promise we will help you” and asked for photos (because they clearly didn’t take my word for the problem) and messed me about no end. They didn’t even recognise the Order Number I gave them at one point so I had to send them a copy of the invoice. Eventually after a week of this nonsense I contacted desertcart with a complaint about their performance. desertcart were very, very helpful and I am now sending them back for a full refund. I would not recommend this product or this company! This whole bad experience was very regrettable and entirely avoidable.

Changed all our lights to LED so now waiting for electricity bill to come in it should be better

Produced good light, but bulb started to fail / flicker 6-9 months. Not great quality but also very cheap compared to B&Q at £7 per bulb

Poor quality, soon started flickering then failed
These bulbs should last a-g-e-s! Especially at this price. They didn't. A cheap incandescent bulb would have lasted much longer, cost much less. Can't say whether they cost less to run, but since they cast more than ten times as much to buy and last less than half as long, they're just not worth the money - certainly not from this supplier!!!
