Quietly makes ice while you get on with the party
I got this product because our household uses lots of ice in our drinks. This is a perfect solution if you seem to always run out of ice when you have guests over. Relatively quiet to run, makes ice cubes quickly and quietly and I’m sure it will be used to save a few summer parties this year. The ice it makes is bullet shaped and is of a similar width also. I prefer larger ice rocks myself but it’s not a problem.

Ice refuses to fall into the basket
great little ice machine so i thought but after a while the ice just refuses to fall into the basket and throws an error about 75% of the time. other than that, the ice machine is as good as any other but has the same system as those that are very cheap. same principle, so the extra money was not well spent

Ice Maker
The Ice maker makes lots of ice efficiently. I have only made large ice cubes and was happy with them. It does make quite a bit of noise when making the ice.

Have had other ice machines but this is the best one by far. Easy to use and clean, looks good and produces a good amount of ice with the choice of 2 size settings. Would highly recommend this ice machine

Worked well to begin with
Update- The company has since sent me another one and its working well and use it everyday. I now have a store of ice for this gin and tonic momentsFor the first two to three weeks it was amazing, kept our ice topped up and loved it. It’s now broken and doesn’t suck up the water. I was offered a refund of £12.95 or I could send it back, who would repair it for £12.95. I now have to find a box and send it back to them...really annoying

Lasted less than 18 months
I can’t deny this machine produced ice in a timely fashion, but it was extremely difficult to clean! This machine stopped working after less than 18 months! I would not recommend this product at all
