Bio availability, excellent. Please consumer
Very happy with the quality of this product. Dissolves easily and quickly in liquid.I had major surgery last year. after anesthesia people always have trouble with constipation, and getting their digestive system back on track. I took a dose of magnesium citrate the morning before surgery, and the last drink I was allowed before surgery before surgery. After surgery, they have a tendency of not releasing patients until after their first BM. My doctor was surprised when she came in and found I had already done so with the witness of the nurse.

I love this stuff
I take it at night for relaxation and body aches. it helps me sleep so much better. The taste is good. Definitely sour if you don't add enough water. I think I saw some posts about it being too sweet, but to me it's not super sweet. It has a fake sugar taste. But like I said before, the more water you add the less sour and sweet it gets. I've tried other products that were so sweet it make my stomach hurt. Anyway, in conclusion this stuff is great. Decently priced. Will buy again!

Because you can't get the liquid anywhere...
One thing that we've all become used to over the past 2.5 years is that weird stuff is just unavailable at any price. One of those things is the little glass bottles of magnesium citrate solution that you used to buy at the grocery store or pharmacy when your plumbing would back up. I couldn't find it anywhere, nor could I even order it online. So, I did what any enterprising soul would do, I bought this bag of mag citrate powder and was uncomfortable for a couple days until it arrived. Then I had to figure out how to mix it to get the desired effect. Since I didn't have a bottle to look at, I had to search online and found a photograph of the label of the "Equate" brand which says that its active ingredient is magnesium citrate, 1.745g per fluid ounce, and it's the usual 10 ounce bottle. So, I measured out a heavy 17 grams on my kitchen scale, mixed it with a glass of tap water and... well... it doesn't dissolve. So, I was stirring it up and trying to chug it before the powder fell out of suspension. I don't know how they make the stuff you buy in bottles, but I'm looking at the label again now and it says that it has as inactive ingredients citric acid (I also bought a bulk package of powder as I use it to clean my coffee maker, and it is also used to add acidity to some canning recipes), "flavor", purified water, saccharin sodium, and sodium bicarbonate (also known as baking soda, of which I also have a bulk quantity, having purchased it at the Co of Cost when I moved and found I didn't have any). I have all of those items save for the "saccharin sodium" maybe if I get bored I will see if one of them helps this dissolve better, since I have well over a quart of this stuff still (I have it stored currently in a half gallon Mason jar.) However, you will be reassured to know that my ugly suspension worked just like the product I would have bought had it been available, and now I have a lifetime supply of magnesium citrate.

2 pounds of magnesium will go a long way. Use this sparingly and your body should respond in optimum fashion. They say most of us are mineral deficient and many forms of magnesium can be unpleasant gastrointestinal wise. Bathroom visits can be more frequent. Not so with MiracleMag. It’s very micro milled and dissolves well. It’s taste is a strong sweetness so again, a little at a time. I am a 62 year old man in exceptional health and this supplement gives my body a better chance at recovery from work or sport overload. You should sleep better as it’s more a nighttime tonic than a morning wake up but I have taken it throughout the day. No side effects for me. This is far better than the liquid drops that taste like salt water I used to take.

Great!
Yes- one of the best magnesium drinks I’ve had. It helps with calm and sleep. Plus there is good value for the cost! Will continue to use!

Great stuff!
I love this and has helped me with relaxation and leg and foot cramps as I can't get enough magnesium through diet alone. My only advice is to not be tempted to put more in the glass of water as a little goes a long way taste-wise and too much isn't tasty to drink.

It works!
I ordered this product because I have a hard time sleeping and previously relied on wine to help me fall asleep. I considered the more expensive options, but the servings per container were so low I knew I would be spending a fortune. I found this one and decided to give it a try. 2 lbs might now seem like a lot, but the scoop is so tiny that you don't use much! To give you perspective, a pea would sit in the scoop, but not much else. Surprisingly small! I really like the raspberry lemon flavor, but I can tell there are artificial sweeteners in it which I am not a big fan of. This definitely does make you relaxed, but not buzzed. It is exactly what I was hoping. I will be buying this again.... although with as much as is in this package vs. the amount you use per glass... it will be quite awhile before I need more.
