I had knee replacement surgery in August. I have been using this machine this last week and it is really making a difference. One MUST be diligent in doing the doctor prescribed physical therapy three times a day to the best of ones ability, striving to do them better and better as the days pass. Do not drop the physical therapy. However, the therapy only does so much. Add this machine to the exercise routine. It can be done as a warm up before the pt. The machine is easy to assemble. It is electric. Let the machine do the work of moving the legs through this bicycle motion. The machine specifically offers no resistance. This is passive exercise so as not to stress the knees. After the knees are healed is the time for resistance exercise.

This device is all that I hoped for. It is well built and functions well. The machine is light weight enough to be handled by seniors, (I am 70 years old). Even my wife would say that it is easy to move around. I have a synovial lesion on my lumbar spinal cord that readers both legs only partially useful. I have scheduled a surgical repair in six weeks. I can tell after a few days use in first gear, for 5 minutes, three times a day that I am getting a great workout. I will use this device three time a day for 40 plus days to keep my legs fit until surgery. I can already tell that this was a smart purchase. I am certain that I will continue to use this after my operation as a part of my thrice daily fitness sessions.

Got this as a gift for sister and she loves it. It’s light weight but rear of unit has a tendency to lift off floor when pedaling.

He loves it. The different speeds and forward/backward pedaling. It's super quiet too, no loud motor or anything. Super easy to put together and use. He had a stroke so it has done him some good using this. It's helping his leg rehabilitate and not be so sore during the night. Some of the best money I spent to help him get back on his feet. Literally...

Performance of 12 speeds. why do i need these 12 speed leveling for if there is no resistance to push my workout at least to a level of low intensity cardio. I'm disappointed 😔 Over all build quality is good easy to assemble and good stability.

Works great when outside weather not suitable for outdoor walks. Quite, quality built - gives you value for your dollars

Both of the pedals came off although I got it in March, I just began to use it. It did help to lose a pants size. I'll try another brand.
