Our son is starting his second year at college. The soap containers we had him use last year did not have good drain ridges so his soap became a puddle of goo. The were also not deep enough to accommodate a separate drainer and still close. I saw these and the measurements seemed like they would work. And they do!!!! The plastic material they are made of is sturdy and a bar of soap fits and the container closes fully. Lids fit well. We bought the four pack since he uses a body soap and a face soap and the four pack gives us two extra for parent use :) Like any soap container, will probably need a little soaking when they need to be cleaned but nothing extreme.

These are solid and well made snd survived a 3 week trip to Europe jammed in our suitcases. They keep soap and other bars dry and the tops snap on tight but are easy to remove. Very well designed.

These are a great value. The lids are a little difficult to put on, but once closed they are perfect. I recently used for bar soap, solid shampoo and solid conditioner. I would definitely buy again.

The pastel colors are nice. The plastic is sturdy, but closing the tops is some what difficult. You must push down quite hard on the tops to get them to close completely. Three sides will close easily, but the last side may or may not close all the way.

The lids are snug and will not come off easily... great for travel.

I previously wrote a review about how terrible this product is because the lid doesn’t fit/ close properly. Seller contacted me back for a fill refund but declined the refund since the lid actually works if you give it time to mold into the soap dish and close it a certain way so that it fits properly. I was impressed by the reins offer and felt that this product an updated review.

It doesn't leave a mess of soap scum or sludge as it drains and catches water and moisture. Later you can just wash the bottom out if it has buildup.
