PERFECT, high quality, so sharp you don't even feel them -- you get what you pay for
EXCELLENT. No pain at all -- I practically have the needle already in before I realize not, and which is in direct contrast to the other brand that I also got when I bought these, which were of the exact same length and size needle yet it was painful as all get out just to get it to pierce the skin and then even more painful to fully inject it, and it even hurt to removce it. NOT THESE. These are excellent, painless, extremely sharp, hold as much as it advertises and as is displayed accurately in the cc/ml/unit readings on the side (which are easy to read). Of course they are sterile and individually wrapped, with the wrapper being strong enough to remain on until you intenitonally remove it-- there wasn't a single syring ein the box that had accidentally had its wrapped unsealed in any way. The needles are more durable than the other ones I got (which would bend at the the mere whiff of a breath on it-- joking), but considering the size of the needle in general, these are extremely thin (as they are meant to be), so they can still bend if you aren't careful. But these are definitely worth the little bit of extra cost. I know it's tempting to go buy a big box of the cheap ones for $20 because you get 500 of whatevever, but you get what you pay for, and after I used the 30 in this box, I tried to use up the box of cheap ones and I am tired of having to endure what feels like a large needl ebeing stabbed into me in the most ridiculously painful way every monring, so I'm throwing them away and buying another pack of these (6 packs, actually-- $6 for a month's worth is still extremely cheap, and that's assuming you do daily micro-injections lilke I do of testosterone or insulin or something).

Use these weekly and everything is good about them, except the needle tends to sometimes not be as sharp as it should be.
