Perfect for long runs!
I absolutely LOVE my belt, which already have 2 bottles, but after my first 25K run, I decided that I would need some extra "support" to reach my 30's. These bottles are light, so easy to drink and , since I fill them up and put them in the freezer until I go out for one of my long runs, by the time I get thirsty the liquid is still cold without dripping.

Para recorridos cortos
He comprado dos para acoplarlos a la riñonera Fitletic N02-111 de neopreno. Se ajusta perfectamente y no se mueve nada. Al tratarse de poco volumen de agua no vale para recorridos muy largos. La boquilla no lleva tapón pero no gotea nada al correr.
