Will this work with paypal here, and does it support android and iphone?

It works great with PayPal here on my iPhone. I don't think it works with android, per the downloaded documentation.

Has anyone got this printer to work using Square on an android tablet?

Yes, Samsung galaxy (older model)

Does this work Bluetooth with iPand and Square?

We connect wireless to iPad and iPhone x, you will need internet or cell service, we always use cell service for the security.

I have received the device but when trying to pair it with my ipad the ipad asks for a pin. where can i find that? strangely, there was no instruction

If I recall, I paired using "1234." You may find this video useful: https://youtu.be/5S7YzMpO3uA. Best!
