Delicious, with high protein and low sugar

I’ve been buying this for about a year or two restocking up. The flavor is very good. It’s a good bit of protein. It’s a great breakfast to have. I recommend this.

The oatmeal tastes almost exactly like the regular non-protein version of apple cinnamon oatmeal. It has a pretty low sugar content which is good for me. Sometimes with protein rich foods there is a “chalky” texture, but I didn’t find that with this product. Overall I think it’s a good value. One pack has a ton of protein and it’s perfect for a quick office breakfast for me. It’s made adding a protein high breakfast easy, and it keeps me more full through the day instead of snacking so much.
