Didn’t help with anxiety
These didn’t help my anxiety at all. Flavour was ok but feel like this was more a placebo than anything else. When you’re desperate to self help you’ll try anything. So for me it didn’t do what it says on the tin

Better sleep
I am very sceptical about products like these but thought I would try them . Didn't really find anything different for the first couple of weeks, but in the last 10 days have been getting to sleep much quicker + sleeping better. I do wake up a few times in the night but get back to sleep quickly.
