I get canker sores in my mouth all the time, since I was a little boy, all my life I've battled them. They make it almost impossible to eat sometimes (Which coincidentally is a great way to lose weight if you actually need that ;) and they are torturously painful. They even effect my speech if they pop up in the right spot.So of course I've been looking for something...anything to either alleviate the pain or reduce the duration of the sores. I've tried anything that even hinted at relief over these many years.I recently read somewhere that the sores could possibly be a b-6 deficiency so I gave this a shot.Let me tell you that over the past 6 months I have had a reduction in the frequency of canker sores, a drastic reduction of the time they take to heal and of course since they disappear more quickly the pain is not as acute as it once was.I used to get raging canker sores whenever I bit my cheek or tongue. Over the past 6 months I have done that several times and most times a canker sore did not even take hold!I ran out of pills last week and this week I have a few sores that popped up because I, of course, bit my cheek while eating so inadvertently I proved to myself that indeed it really is the b-6 that is helping me.I hope this review helps anyone who suffers from canker sores as I do.....DID.P.S. fyi Canker sores have nothing to do with herpes...that would be Cold Sores on the outside of the mouth.

My oncologist recommended that I take Vitamin B as part of a defense against neuropathy. Not only did it work very well, this particular version of the product came at a very affordable price, which matters a great deal now!

I trust Source Naturals as a brand and these B6 vitamins have been great. I bought them for my son who has inattentive ADD. I had read that he should take these. I haven't noticed a change in his focus, but I know they're not hurting so we are going to keep at it!

Probably was OK, but decided I like P-5-P better.

Easy to purchase

I cut the tablet in half. 25 mg 4 hours before bed - and it really improves sleep. Don't know why. Very consistent effect - came as a total surprise. Downside - if you take too much, it gives me nightmares - again, very consistent effect.

I haven't caught a cold or any other ailment since I started taking this vitamin B-6. It may be just coincidence, but I'm not going to take any chances.

This literally did nothing for my morning sickness during my first pregnancy. Save yourself the money and just buy some fresh ginger to chew on, it was the best thing that worked for me!
