I like it but it is a little tough to solve if I try to spin in one direction it is spinning in the opposite one and its a very nice cube for time pass

We received the broken product which we came to know once we started using it
The media could not be loaded. We have received this product...but when recently started using it it seems some parts were removed and then fixed with some glue...because unable to assemble it...anyhow....very bad...just looking at it nobody could figure out the problem.. but itz a major fault....of no use...very very bad
