WOW! we love this piece of equipment so much. It was a very simple assembly, and so sturdy once assembled. both parents and children alike are benefitting from having this tool in our home. We are using it for balance and agility training in our homeschool, but also use it to help relieve pain associated with Plantar Fasciitis and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. The wood is so well made it feels like a massage on the feet. My children with EDS stopped complaining of ankle pain after playing on this daily. I would highly recommend this to help develop the muscles in ankle and feet and build core strength. The bonus for this is how easy it is to store! slides right under our couch because it is a very functional size.

I love it and does the job beautifully. The four caps on the legs of the beam unglued immediately but it works just fine without it. I use this beam for concentrating while working ✌️

This balance beam is a great addition to my fitness equipment. The price point was terrific, quality is superior. I use this balance apparatus for my clients living with Parkinson’s disease with great success. I use it more as an adaptive tool for plantar and Doris flexion, one foot stands etc. My only wish was that I could afford to buy one per client. Thank you for creating a size suited for most.

Thicker and better than the one I got from Temu. I use this for balance and doing leg lifts.

Love this little beam! I use it every day! I have various ways of using it! Really great to increase balance. I can tell a difference in my legs and feet. My son uses it for push ups. My husband also walks on it and I sent my brother one for Christmas! Another way to stay active especially through winter. Stores easily under couch! I leave it out most of the time so it's used more by everyone in the house. 😉

It seems like it will be helpful to my ankles that keep buckling due to syncope and HEDS, despite one of my PTs insisting his exercises would be more helpful (they’ve done nothing). My other providers have said these should help with my overall stability as well, as I have moderate muscle atrophy. My concern is with the beam, it is not smooth nor sealed. I decided not to use it until it is safe and sealed for long term use.

I really like it - beam is strong, easy to attach the two feet, light. I think I eventually would like to get a second one so I've got more length to walk on.

Foot piece on one side does not fit properly, so it wobbles on the floor. The screw also completely stripped trying to adjust it, now it's a piece of garbage and how am I supposed to get the right shaped box to return this? Its so simple to make this item, but somehow they still messed it up.
