I like this product. I feel that it helps me fall asleep sleep. You have to do your part. Stop watching tv & your iPhone. Go to bed early, relax. I recommend this product.

I have had trouble going to sleep for a long time. The value for the strength, no taste, effectiveness and the size were great. I'm the type of person that searches for a while before commenting to buy. I tried this last night and that was the best sleep that I've had in a while.

I love this been taking melatonin for about 20 years now this is one of the best ones I’ve ever taken

I really found it difficult evaluating this product. I figured with its high melatonin levels and other ingredients, this would be a sleep aid like no other. Much to my disappointment, I did not notice that it worked any better than any other melatonin supplement. My wife didn't seem to notice any great benefit from this product any more than any other. Not a bad product, but despite high expectations, you might just as well get the generic 10mg of melatonin you see at the pharmacy.

Opened both bottles the pills have formed into one solid mass making it impossible to get any out! Do not buy waste of money.
