I’m really happy with this Euhomy top‑loading water dispenser. It’s simple to set up, works quickly, and gives both hot and cold water on demand. The cold water is nicely chilled, and the hot water is perfect for tea, instant meals, or coffee without waiting for a kettle. The design is clean and fits well in an office or home space. I like that it works with both 3‑ and 5‑gallon bottles, and the top‑loading style makes it easy to see when the water is running low. The child safety lock on the hot water button is a great feature — it gives peace of mind when kids are around. It runs quietly, dispenses smoothly, and has been very reliable so far. Overall, a solid, convenient water dispenser that does exactly what it should.

This item is exactly as described. A perfect replacement for a dead unit. The hot water comes out HOT, the cold water comes out really cold. It makes a very slight noise during some points of its heat/cool cycles, but is not annoying, even in the same room. It is designed for the newer 5 gallon bottles with the built it spill prevention which I do NOT prefer as the insert in the cooler designed to open the bottles spill presenter take up a lot of space in the cooler reservoir, and makes it hard to avoid spilling water when tipping in a new full (old fashioned) 5 gallon jug. I would really like it if this nuisance could be removed. Overall, this is a GREAT unit for the cost, and I would buy it again.

We ordered and have an Euhomy water cooler in September 2025. It has been leaking for the last month. Amazon referred us back to the manufacturer Euhomy. I contacted Euhomy by phone and the automatic message referred me back to their email address. I wrote to Euhomy’s email address. I received a response from Amazon. But, it didn’t tell me where to send the water cooler back to and it doesn’t give instructions on how to return it as we no longer have the originally box it came in. This is turning out to be more trouble than I usually have from Amazon or any of their products. I order a lot from Amazon.

Easy set up. Slender machine. Hot and Cold both work great. No leakage at all!! We are happy and hydrated!

I have one of these myself, and I also gave one as a gift—both have been a hit. The black and stainless steel design looks modern and sleek, fitting right into any kitchen or office space. It dispenses both hot and cold water quickly and reliably. A word of caution: the hot water heats up very fast, so be careful! I’ve used it for everything from instant oatmeal and soup to lattes, and it’s been incredibly convenient. My friends loved it too once they saw how versatile it is. Great quality, fast shipping, and a solid value all around.

Overall, this is a pretty good product. Setup was straightforward, and the instructions were actually quite amusing, having been written by someone who is convinced that he knows the English language, but really not so much. The unit looks nice, no issues of leakage or anything else. It is not overly loud. The only gripe is that the cold water is just really not very cold. It is definitely not room temperature, but nobody would mistake it for icewater. It's pretty much just...OK. (The specs have all of the models at the same level, so maybe they are all the same.) I don't know how the hot water is, because I never use it, so I keep it off (and I specifically looked for a model that has controls to separately regulate hot and cold, knowing that I had no use for the hot water anyway). I gave it four stars because I can't point to anything wrong at all, but that one star would have been nice for zesty cold water. Update: At 11 month of ownership, the machine deloped a leak, and the warranty is twelve months. I contacted Customer Service, and they just couldn't have been nicer. I sent them photos, I cut the power cord, and they immediately shipped me a refurbished unit, no questions asked. Just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kudos to this company!

The best thing that has happened at home, cold water for the heat and hot water for a tea, I save money because in water boxes I saw myself spending a lot of money and this gallon for 3 people I change it 1 time a week and refill it at Walmart or publix, for my family a super purchase and this has a few months already.
