It is what it is in terms of a cat8 plate but i dont have anything to test full speed given that it is cat 8. The reason for 2 stars is due to the fact that the plate is held into the wall by a single screw in the middle which means you have two choices when fitting... 1) Screw it in so tight that the centre of th eplate gets pulled out of shape and into the wall, risking being snapped, or 2) leave it loose so it can swivel. Not ideal. I'll be replacing witha cat 6 plate when i can.
